We currently offer delivery within the Republic of Ireland only. Our delivery service is provided by An Post and should take between 3 and 5 working days. Please Note that An Post deliveries take place from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6.00pm. During Bank holiday periods please allow an extra day for Standard Delivery.
Online Sale Policy
If for any reason, you are not happy with the item which you have received, we are happy to accept returns. You can cancel your order up to 14 days after you have received your item.
Please note items must be returned within this time-frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging, with garment tags and ‘do not remove tag’ still attached. Once they are received you will be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.
Items can be returned via post, along with a note stating your name and email, and what is wrong with the item, or returned to the store. Once the item has been received we will email you confirming receipt and arrange a method of redress.
All returned items should be sent in the condition in which they are received, with packaging and tags. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition or outside of the return policy window, we reserve the right not to accept said return.
Please note for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings.

Our Returns Process:
Repackage the item(s) you wish to return in their original condition, in their undamaged packaging.Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and await a reply to authorise the return. Please ensure that the package is sealed properly.Post the parcel at any Post Office. We advise that you obtain proof of postage via registered post. Please hold on to this proof of postage until you have received your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Sale items (if applicable)
Please note that sale items can not be returned or exchanged, they have been reduced in price for this reason.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

In-store sale policy
If you change your mind about your purchase after the item has been bought in store we will issue a credit note or exchange to the value of your purchase which will be valid for one year.
If the condition of the product is unsatisfactory, soiled or worn looking you will not be entitled to a credit note. Credit notes are valid for a year only.
If the product received by you is damaged or faulty, you should let us know immediately and we will ensure that you receive all your rights under the law.
